These terms govern use of the dental-club.bg website. By using the site you accept what follows. They do not govern your relationship with the clinic as a patient, which is set out separately at booking and in the informed consent documentation.
The content is educational
The material on this site is published for information. It does not constitute medical advice, a diagnosis, a treatment plan or a prescription, and it cannot replace examination by a dentist.
Do not start or delay treatment on the basis of what you read here. Every case is judged individually after clinical examination and, where necessary, imaging.
Prices and availability
Prices shown are in euro and are indicative. The final figure is determined after examination and given to you in writing before treatment begins. The availability of particular services and materials may change.
The clinic may update content and prices without notice. What binds is the figure confirmed to you in writing for your specific case, not a number published on a web page.
Intellectual property
The texts, images, logo and design of this site are protected. Reproduction, distribution or adaptation without prior written permission is not permitted.
Short quotations are allowed where the source is clearly identified and linked. The logo and clinical images may not be used separately or in any altered form.
External links and liability
The site may link to external resources. These are offered for convenience; the clinic does not control and is not responsible for their content, accuracy or privacy practices.
We take care to keep the content accurate and current, but accept no liability for omissions, technical interruptions or consequences of relying on published material without consulting a dentist. Bulgarian law applies.

The website dental-club.bg is operated by „АИППДП ДЕНТАЛ КЛУБ“ ЕООД (AIPPDP DENTAL CLUB EOOD), UIC/ЕИК 207922787, registered office: 28 Dr Lyuben Popov Street, Briz district, 9010 Varna, Bulgaria. The company is an outpatient practice for primary dental care registered under the Bulgarian Medical Institutions Act, and its dentists are members of the Bulgarian Dental Association.
Competent supervisory authorities: the Regional Health Inspectorate — Varna (for its activity as a healthcare provider), the Commission for Personal Data Protection (for personal data, kzld.bg) and the Commission for Consumer Protection (for consumer matters, kzp.bg). Treat them as orientation. Only the figure given to you in writing after examination is binding. The difference is not a formality: the amount of work, the materials and the laboratory component can only be established once your situation has been seen and assessed.
Articles explain general principles and are not written about any individual. Your case may have features that change the approach entirely. Use what you read to ask better questions at your examination rather than as a basis for a decision.
A short quotation with a clear source and a link is acceptable. Copying texts, images or the logo without prior written permission is not.
