Online case review
We begin with your name.
You send us a CBCT scan and/or an X-ray; we prepare a full individual treatment plan with a specific offer. The service takes a €50 deposit, deducted in full from the cost of your treatment if it begins with us.
What to send
Recent imaging is required: a CBCT scan (including DICOM files) and/or an X-ray or panoramic image — even if taken at another clinic. Add a short description: what concerns you, what treatment has been done so far and what result you are looking for.
If the files are large, write to us and we will tell you how to send them. If you have no imaging at all, an examination at the clinic is the better route — we take the necessary diagnostics on site.
What you receive
A full individual treatment plan prepared by the dentist who would lead your case: stages, sequence, timeframes and a specific offer based on the current price list. It comes in writing, so you can consider it calmly and compare it.
The plan is built on the imaging and the description you send. If anything in the material is insufficient for an assessment, we will tell you what is missing before we start.
The €50 deposit
The plan is commissioned with a €50 deposit. When you begin treatment with us, the deposit is deducted in full from its cost.
Once you send the material, we confirm it is sufficient and send you payment instructions. Work on the plan starts after the deposit is received.
The limits of an online review
A plan based on imaging is preliminary. The final plan and the binding price are confirmed at a clinical examination — the state of the gums, soft tissues and bite is assessed in person and may require adjustments.

How your images are handled
Your scans, images and description are used solely to prepare your plan. Access is limited to the dentist preparing it and the coordinator handling the correspondence. The material is never published or used in advertising without your separate, explicit consent.
If you later come for an examination, the material joins your patient record. You can request deletion at any time at smile@dental-club.bg. More in the Privacy notice.

Yes, in full. If you begin treatment with us, the €50 comes off the cost at your first payment. The plan and the offer remain yours in any case.
A full plan requires imaging — a CBCT and/or an X-ray. Phone photographs help as an addition but show neither the bone nor the inside of the teeth. If you have no imaging, book an examination at the clinic, where diagnostics are taken on site.
The offer is specific and based on the imaging you send. It is confirmed at the clinical examination before anything begins — if the examination shows something the scan did not, we discuss it with you first.
Usually a few working days after the material and the deposit arrive. If the case needs the opinion of more than one dentist, we tell you the realistic timeframe in advance.
Yes. Send the files as they are, including DICOM. The dentist will judge whether the study is recent and detailed enough for planning, or whether a new one is needed.
